1. OEM DESIGN CONFIDENTIALITY (NDA)

At Rock Sports Company, we recognize that your apparel designs, vector artwork, sizing grading charts, and tech pack specifications represent valuable intellectual property. We maintain strict confidentiality practices:

• Your proprietary artwork, logos, and custom colorways will never be resold, shared, or distributed to third parties or competing brands.
• Custom molds, embroidery tapes, and sublimation print screens developed for your brand remain exclusive to your manufacturing account.
• We will not display your finished branded production garments on our public portfolio or social media channels without your prior written consent.

2. COLLECTION OF B2B INQUIRY DATA

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or contact our sales department, we collect standard commercial contact details including your name, company/club name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, destination country, and project specifications.

This information is utilized solely to prepare quotations, arrange physical sample dispatch, coordinate shipping logistics, and communicate regarding your manufacturing orders. We do not sell or rent contact lists.

3. SECURE FILE STORAGE

All artwork, PDF tech packs, and customer order records are stored within secure internal systems with restricted administrative access. Uploaded files are protected against unauthorized web execution.
