STAGE 02

FABRIC & MATERIAL SELECTION

Performance garments demand performance textiles. We maintain a broad inventory of technical sports fabrics including moisture-wicking interlock, bird-eye mesh, honeycomb jacquards, 4-way stretch poly-spandex, heavyweight cotton fleece, and drum-dyed full-grain leather hides.

STAGE 03

FABRIC & LEATHER CUTTING

Accurate garment assembly starts with exact cutting. Layered fabric spreads are aligned according to grain lines to prevent twisting or distortion. For leatherwear, skilled cutters hand-select hide panels to match grain direction and flex requirements.

STAGE 04

PRINTING, SUBLIMATION & EMBROIDERY

Our facility houses wide-format digital sublimation printers, rotary heat presses, computerized multi-head embroidery machinery, and screen printing tables. We execute full-bleed graphics, tackle twill numbers, 3D puff embroidery, and high-density silicone logos.

STAGE 05

INDUSTRIAL STITCHING & ASSEMBLY

Our assembly floor utilizes specialized sewing machinery including 4-needle 6-thread flatlock machines, overlock sergers, double-needle lockstitch machines, and heavy-duty cylinder-bed leather sewing units for motorcycle suits and jackets.

STAGE 06

QUALITY CHECKING, PACKING & DISPATCH

Every piece is inspected for dimensional tolerances, loose thread trimming, print positioning, and zipper operation. Approved garments are ironed/pressed, tagged with your private labels, polybagged, and packed into master export cartons.
